To provide a vehicle front part structure in which a structural member not on the collision side can absorb collision-impact energy when an off-set collision occurs.
A vehicle front part structure includes a bumper beam 10 extended on the front part of a vehicle in its width direction, a pair of left/right front side frames 20 extended in the front-to-rear direction, and a pair of left/right extensions 30 connecting both ends of the bumper beam 10 to front ends of the side frames 20, respectively. Each extension 30 has a pair of flanges 32F and 32R which are disposed facing each other across a rear wall 13 of the bumper beam 10 and are fastened with bolts, and a pair of flanges 33F and 33R which face each other across a front wall 21 of the front side frames 20 and are fastened with bolts.
