Abstract:
To enable a connection member to be easily broken during a vehicle frontal collision.SOLUTION: A vehicle front part structure 100 includes: a power train 15 and a front suspension member 20; and a connection member 40 which connects the power train 15 with the front suspension member 20 in a vehicle fore and aft direction. The connection member 40 includes: a front end part 48 connected to the power train 15; a rear end part 44 connected to the front suspension member 20; and a rod part 50 which connects the front end part 48 with the rear end part 44. The rod part 50 has a fragile part 52, having a small cross sectional area, between the front end part 48 and the rear end part 44. A second holding part 20A includes an upper protruding part 31 protruding toward the fragile part 52 during a front collision.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
