To perform vehicle control efficiently, even when estimation of cruising path is difficult.
A user of a vehicle 31 operates the vehicle 31 and goes to an office from an origin 21 to a destination 23, in every morning. The user selects one of two different routes to the destination 23, that is, a first route or a second route in every day. The vehicle 31 analyzes a junction (fixed junction) which is always fixed in a cruising direction and an irregular junction (unfixed junction) which is unfixed in the cruising direction about each junction on cruising path, and extracts the unfixed junction. Further, the vehicle 31 asks the most efficient cruising path from the unfixed junction to the destination 23 for a guidance center 22 before passing the unfixed junction. The guidance center 22 provides with the most efficient cruising path to the vehicle 31, by analyzing the cruising data of each vehicle which is cruising to the destination 23 passing through the unfixed junction, when there is interrogation from the vehicle 31.
