Abstract:

To improve foot ground contact performance by sufficiently lowering the height of a motorcycle.

This vehicle height adjusting device of the motorcycle comprises a rear height adjusting part 22 adjusting the height of the motorcycle 12 on a rear wheel 20 side, a front height adjusting part 18 adjusting the height thereof on a front wheel 14 side by varying the lengths of two front forks 42 supporting the front wheel 14, and a control part 24 driving the power cylinders 50 and 82 of the rear height adjusting part 22 and the front height adjusting part 18. A vehicle speed is detected by a vehicle speed detection part 26 to lower the heights of the front wheel 14 side and the rear wheel 20 side when the motorcycle is stopped and running at an extremely low speed.
