To provide a vehicle height adjusting device for a vehicle capable of lowering the strength of a member forming the device and lowering the output of a drive part.
A spring lower member 6 joined to the lower end of a support spring 16 elastically supporting a vehicle body is vertically moved by a towing means 20 disposed so that a spring upper load is not applied thereto to adjust the height of the vehicle. The towing means 20 is disposed between a body side member 12 and the spring lower member 6 so as to be arranged parallel with the deflecting direction of the support spring 16. The towing means 20 comprises a wire member 22 joined to the spring lower member 6, an elastic member 26 joined to the other end of the wire member 22, and a wire member towing part 24 disposed on the vehicle body side member 12 and pulling the wire member 22 to the vehicle body side member 12 side through the elastic member 26.
