To provide a vehicle indoor lighting system capable of making light look like moving by a small number of light sources and reducing cost.
A vehicle indoor lighting system 1 includes a light guide member 2, one light source section 3A, the other light source section 3B and a control section 31. The control section 31 turns on the other light source section 3B after turning on the one light source section 3A, turns off the one light source section 3A after turning on the other light source section 3B, and turns off the other light source section 3B after turning off the one light source section 3A.
