PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle information apparatus and navigation device, capable of achieving an audio output in which the magnitude of sound is heard to the same degree before interruption sound is generated and while an interruption sound is being generated.SOLUTION: Volume levels of input audio signals A1, A2 are increased or decreased so that loudness values which are an index of sound which a human can actually hear by the ear are the same between input audio signals A1, A2 and output audio signals B1, B2 formed by superimposing guide sound signals C upon another.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
