PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely collect logs of an onboard computer such as ECU.SOLUTION: A data security device is configured to generate a message authentication code by using its own signature key for a log of a vehicle and transmit the log with the message authentication code to a vehicle information collecting device. The vehicle information collecting device is configured to generate a signature key of the data security device, verify the message authentication code of the log with the message authentication code which is received from the data security device using the generated signature key of the data security device, and store logs whose verification of the message authentication code has passed in a storage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
