A car navigation system 100 as the on-vehicle information device communicatably connected to an air conditioning system 200 as the air conditioner is adapted to instruct the air conditioning system 200 to switch the intake air based on the map data, the pollution source information composed of location information of a pollution source and occurrence time information, and the vehicle travel location information.
