Abstract:
To provide a vehicle information management system that can be applied to various types of vehicles, does not require any complicated operation such as cartridge exchange, and can access to a diagnostic data in a short time.
A first transmitting unit 35 transmits one or more pieces of diagnostic data stored in a storage unit 33 to a personal computer 2 connected to a vehicle. The first transmitting unit 35 transmits terminal data after transmission of all the one or more pieces of diagnostic data.
