A vehicle information processing system includes a data transmission/reception section receiving vehicle information from a vehicle and transmitting a diagnosis result of a driving diagnosis of the vehicle; a provision record managing section, storing the provision records of the diagnosis results transmitted to the vehicle by the data transmitting/receiving section; a use tendency determining section obtaining usage tendency from the provision records of the diagnosis results stored in the provision record managing section; a travel condition determining section for obtaining the traveling condition of the vehicle from the received vehicle information; a driving diagnosis section for subjecting the vehicle to driving diagnosis, by using the vehicle information, on the basis of the degree of preference according to the obtained use tendency and the traveling condition; and a diagnosis result provision section for transmitting the diagnosis result of the driving diagnosis by the driving diagnosis section, by using the data transmission/reception section.
