Abstract:

To prevent a user from misunderstanding a meaning of a retrieval keyword.SOLUTION: A vehicle information retrieval method includes: a collation step for collating a retrieval keyword 22 with a specific keyword 44; a keyword generation step for generating an alternative keyword 32 substituted for the retrieval keyword 22; a first informing step for informing that information on the retrieval keyword 22 is not in a database and informing the alternative keyword 32; and a second informing step for informing only the alternative keyword 32. The keyword generation step and the first informing step are performed when the retrieval keyword 22 matches the specific keyword 44 in the collation step, the keyword generation step and the second informing step are performed when the retrieval keyword 22 does not match the specific keyword 44 in the collation step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
