To provide an information collection device capable of collecting vehicle information without compromising the temporal continuity of the collected vehicle information and the temporal relevance of different vehicle information.SOLUTION: An information collection device 1 includes a storage unit 2 capable of storing information, a real-time clock 3 that outputs the time, and a control unit C that stores a plurality of different types of vehicle information about a vehicle in the storage unit 2. The control unit C allows the vehicle information to be stored in the storage unit 2 while associating the vehicle information with the time output by the real-time clock 3 when the vehicle information data is obtained for each type of vehicle information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
