This vehicle integrated control device includes a first front wheel right-left speed difference correcting coefficient specifying means 202, a second front wheel right-left speed difference correcting coefficient specifying means 205, a first multiplying processing means 203, a second multiplying processing means 206, and an adding means 207, whereby the rate of additional torque which a restraining torque proportion control means 201 outputs to a steering force control mechanism in proportion to a restraining torque control variable of the electronically controlled right and left wheel differential limiting mechanism 81, to additional torque in the direction of cancelling computed steering based reaction, which a steering reaction feedback control means 204 outputs to the steering force control mechanism, is changed over depending on a rotating speed difference between right and left front wheels.
