Abstract:
To provide a vehicle interior illumination device capable of supporting two types of illumination lamp bodies of a direct illumination lamp body and an indirect illumination lamp body in a state of suppressing an increase in the number of components that can be effectively used for causing a driver and other occupants, and vehicles around to recognize the state of the vehicle, for example.SOLUTION: A vehicle interior illumination device 10 includes a lamp body support base 13, a direct illumination lamp body 22, an indirect illumination lamp body 24, a vehicle state determination part 16, and an illumination control part 17. The direct illumination lamp body and the indirect illumination lamp body are supported on the lamp body support base. The illumination control part switches an illumination mode to a mode selected from a direct illumination mode, an indirect illumination mode, a whole lamp illumination mode, and an intermittent illumination mode. The illumination control part switches the illumination mode to the mode selected according to the state of the vehicle determined by the vehicle state determination part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
