Abstract:
To provide a vehicle inverter cooling structure in which sufficient cooling performance can be ensured in a heat pipe having an inverter immersed in a working fluid.SOLUTION: A cooling mechanism F for an inverter 10 includes a power module P that has a plurality of semiconductor elements, a control unit C that can control operation of the power module P, and a hard wire W that electrically connects the power module P and the control unit C. A container 40 that executes a thermal cycle in a heat pipe is provided. In the container 40, the control unit C is attached at a position which is in a gas-liquid interface in a vehicle stationary state and at which a passage that reaches the gas-liquid interface above the power module P is formed into a meandering passage meandering while being regulated by the control unit C when the upper portion of the power module P is partially covered. The control unit C and the power module P are electrically connected in the up-down direction via the hard wire W.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
