To solve a problem that, in the conventional vehicle, there is a case that a front lens (lens, light transmission cover) can not be protected from overheat of a wiring plate heater (heating wire, heater).
A wire heater 5 is installed in a lamp lens 4 and a PTC thermistor 31 to control heat-generating temperature of the wire heater 5 is installed on the wire heater 5. As a result, since the heat-generating temperature of the wire heater 5 is controlled by the PTC thermistor 31, the temperature to warm the lamp lens 4 can be controlled appropriately and the lamp lens 4 can be protected from overheat of the wire heater 5, and furthermore, even if a resin component with low heat resistant temperature is used as the lamp lens 4, any effect or problem occurs.
