Abstract:
To provide a vehicle lighting device which can perform electric connection between a wiring pattern and a base with a simple structure, and to provide a vehicle lamp fitting.SOLUTION: A vehicle lighting device according to an embodiment includes: a substrate provided with a wiring pattern having a connection pad; at least one light emitting element electrically connected with the wiring pattern; and a pair of bases each having a first portion and a second portion connected to the first portion. A portion of the substrate, in which the connection pad is provided, is provided between the first portion and the second portion. The connection pad is electrically connected with at least one of the first portion and the second portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
