To provide a vehicle lighting device capable of improving design properties.
The vehicle lighting device 40 positioned in the door trim 10 of a vehicle includes: an LED 61; a decorative panel 41; a light-guide body 63 having an end surface 63A on which light from the LED 61 is incident, and an outer peripheral surface 63D for projecting the light which is incident from the end surface 63A; a first light-projecting unit 54B1 capable of projecting the light from the outer peripheral surface 63D toward a handle-housing part 30, and positioned in the decorative panel 41; and a second light-projecting unit 54B2 capable of projecting the light from the outer peripheral surface 63D toward a light-incident surface 22, and positioned in the decorative panel 41 farther from the LED 61 than the first-projecting unit 54B1 is. The vehicle lighting device 40 is characterized in that the second light-projecting unit 54B2 and the light-incident surface 22 extend in the lengthwise direction of the outer peripheral surface 63D, and the light-guide body 63 and the light-incident surface 22 are positioned so as to become closer to one another as the same become farther from the LED 61.
