To provide a vehicle lighting device capable of controlling a condition in which an image of a light emitter is projected on a surface of an inside handle.
The vehicle lighting device 40 which is positioned in a vehicle door trim 10 to illuminate a handle accommodation portion 30 for accommodating the inside handle 31, includes a light-guide body 63, and a decorative panel 41 which is arranged above the inside handle 31 while the light-guide body 63 being arranged thereon. The decorative panel 41 has a light-projecting unit 54B capable of projecting the light from the light-guide body 63 toward the handle accommodating portion 30. The light-guide body 63 is arranged on the inner side of a cabin than the light-projecting unit 54B in the decorative panel 41.
