To maximize loading efficiency by preparing two loading plan making modes of a weighty order and a voluminous order, starting to make a plan from the weighty order mode, canceling a lastly loaded article when weight and volume are over in each mode and switching the mode to a couterpart mode.
When articles are supplied to a supply demander from a warehouse, plural kinds of articles to be loaded onto a vehicle are ordered in the order of a weighty order (a descending order of weight per unit volume) and a voluminous order (an ascending order of weight per unit volume). At first, loading plans are successively enforced in the weighty order, and when weight exceeds maximum loading weight of the vehicle, a lastly loaded article is canceled and the mode is switched to the voluminous order mode.
