In receipt of an inquiry of location of the vehicle transmitted from an information terminal 30, the controller 23 reads the corresponding vehicle identification information from a registration vehicle database 22 for each user on the basis of the identification information of an information terminal 30 included in the inquiry, and according to the vehicle identification information, reads the corresponding location information from the vehicle location database 21 to transmits it to the information terminal 30.
