Abstract:
To provide a vehicle lock device avoiding its direct contact with a mooring part by moving of loads and having the stable mooring part without leap in a storage position.
This vehicle lock device is provided with a housing 2 to be fitted to a car body panel P and the mooring part 3 rotatably journaled to the housing. The housing is provided with a recess H surrounding the mooring part in the storage position, the mooring part 3 is provided with a projection 33 extending approximately vertically in its using state, and the projection 33 is formed into a stopper abutting on the bottom part 26 of the housing in the storage position of the mooring part.
