Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle lower part structure capable of reducing air resistance in a high-speed travel of a vehicle, and also suppressing hot air from stagnating in an engine compartment in a low-speed travel of the vehicle.SOLUTION: An undercover 26 comprises a valve part 30 extended in a plate shape from a vehicle front side of an opening part 28 of the undercover 26 to a vehicle rear side. The valve part 30 maintains a link state between an engine compartment 16 and a vehicle lower side of the undercover 26 by the opening part 28 when an atmospheric pressure difference D between atmospheric pressure P1 and atmospheric pressure P2 is smaller than a set value. Meanwhile, when the atmospheric pressure P1 is larger than the atmospheric pressure P2 and the atmospheric pressure difference D between the atmospheric pressure P1 and the atmospheric pressure P2 is equal to or larger than the set value, the valve part 30 elastically deforms to remove the communication state between the engine compartment 16 and the vehicle lower side of the undercover 26 by the opening part 28.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
