The RAM stores input data such as the running distance (running kilometers) in inspection of each vehicle, inspection and maintenance execution data in inspection of each vehicle, individual vehicle information (vehicle identification number, customer name, address and the like) input from the input terminal 14. The central processing unit CPU 10 calculates the average running kilometers according to the running history data of the vehicle, and sets the next inspection period of the vehicle according to the average running kilometers and the maintenance history data.
