Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely grasp entrance/exit state of a vehicle even when a vehicle entering/exiting to/from a restricted place is an unspecified vehicle by specifying the vehicle based on a vehicle number and specifying a driver based on a driver' s license owned by the driver of the vehicle. SOLUTION: A number plate 24 of a vehicle is photographed and a vehicle number is identified by a data generation part 26 through an image processing part 25 and sent to a data output part 27. Matters written in a driver's license 28 are recognized by a reading part 29 and identified by a data generation part 30 and the shape or the like of the driver's license 28 is detected by a detection part 31 and identified by a data generation part 32. Then a picture on the driver's license 28 is recognized by a reading part 33 and identified by a data generation part 34 and these data are integrated by a data output part 35 and outputted as driver's license data together with vehicle number data. A data management means 23 stores the driver's license data and the vehicle number data in a data storage means 36 and retrieves, displays and prints out these data as necessity.
