PURPOSE: To eliminate the necessity of a magnetic card or a prepaid card by managing vehicles by reading bar codes provided in the vehicles.

CONSTITUTION: A seal 8 printing a bar code 7 corresponding to a registration number (ID number) for managing the vehicle or a customer is attached to the internal part of an oil feeding port part 6 in a vehicle 5. A bar code reader 9 is connected to a main body 11 of an outdoor terminal equipment by a cable 10. Further, an interface circuit 12 executes the signal conversion of the bar code 7, which is read by the bar code reader 9, to an ID number form and is built in the main body 11 of the outdoor terminal equipment. Accordingly, by reading the bar code 7 provided in the vehicle 5, the vehicle, namely, the customer can be managed. Thus, the necessity of the magnetic card or the prepaid card, for example, which is used for confirming the ID number of the customer, is eliminated.
