Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a vehicle-mounted electric circuit device having primary system including a voltage controlled generator, a primary battery, and at least one primary power consumption unit, and a secondary system, including a secondary battery and at least one secondary power consumption unit. CONSTITUTION: A primary system 7 includes a controller 8 provided with a controllable impedance element connected with a generator 1, wherein the controller 8 monitors the charged state of a secondary battery 9. Depending on the actually determined charged state of the secondary battery 9, the controller 8 controls the controllable impedance element, such that the primary system 6 is not overloared at the time of charging the secondary battery 9. Furthermore, the controller 8 controls the switching operation of one or a plurality of secondary power consumption units, so that the quantity of residual charges does not drop below a predetermined level at the time of discharging the secondary battery 9.
