This system reads operating information from a storing medium 7 obtained by collecting operating information, which is obtained by relating the continuously varying traveling place and traveling state of the vehicle with a time, in the form of digital data in the middle of operating this vehicle and storing it, and displays a time-series traveling information picture showing the secular change of the traveling state on a display part 37 based on the traveling state in the operating information and time related with this. In order to display the picture, the system is provided with an indicating means A for indicating a desired time in the secular change of the traveling state shown by the time-series traveling information picture and a map picture display means 31A for displaying a map picture showing the traveling place in the operating information read from the medium 7 related with time indicated by this on the display part 37.
