Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation device for a vehicle which can make a driver difficult to operate a vehicle operation such that deviation further becomes large when vehicle body acceleration corresponding to the deviation between a detection value of a vehicle body speed and a requirement value of the vehicle body speed reaches a maximum value or larger at the vehicle body acceleration of the vehicle at that time.SOLUTION: An operation device for a vehicle calculates a speed requirement value VT on the basis of a position of an armrest which slides in a normal direction (step S10), and decreases a deviation threshold ΔVth as a vehicle body speed V is high (step S16). Then, when deviation ΔV between the speed requirement value VT and the vehicle body speed is smaller than the deviation threshold ΔVth (step S17: NO), the operation device for the vehicle imparts a reference energization force being an energization force corresponding to the deviation ΔV to the armrest (step S18), and when the deviation ΔV is not smaller than the deviation threshold ΔVth (step S17: YES), imparts a limit energization force larger than the reference energization force to the armrest (step S19).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
