Abstract:
To make it possible to make a channel with which communication with an access point of a wireless LAN to be used for transferring collected operation information to a center can be performed in a satisfactory communication state be set as a channel to be used for the communication.SOLUTION: On the basis of signal intensity of a communication signal from each access point received by a wireless LANBOX 7 mounted together with a taxi meter 5 on a taxi vehicle 3, an operation information analyzer 13 determines a channel to be used for communication between the wireless LANBOX 7 and an access point 9 and sets the channel to the access point 9. A communication signal using the set channel is received by the wireless LANBOX 7. When receiving the communication signal from the access point 9, the wireless LANBOX 7 sets the channel used for transmission of the communication signal received from the access point 9 as a channel to be used in transmitting a communication signal to the access point 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
