Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle operation recorder, in which for avoiding wasting of recording paper for resource savings, the feed of recording paper is stopped when a vehicle is at standstill and the stop time of the vehicle is made readily recognizable.
SOLUTION: During the time when an engine is judged to be in a stopped state, the recorder is controlled to stop the feed of the recording paper 4 to stop recording action to avoid wasting of the recording paper 4. Time information is recorded by indicating, according to the time obtained, a time line on the time base on the recording paper 4 which is set perpendicularly to the feed direction of the recording paper 4, so that the recording paper 4 can be used effectively and the stop time can be read easily. Since this stop time information indicates the stop time and the start time of the engine both of which are indicated by use of bar charts, intuitively recognition of the times is made possible.
