To provide a vehicle-outside visual recognition device which can visually recognize not only the rear direction but also the down direction at the outside of a vehicle while reducing an occupancy space in the vehicle.
A vehicle-outside visual recognition device 1 capable of visually recognizing the outside of a vehicle includes a concave lens 3 through which light from the rear direction of the outside of the vehicle passes, a convex lens 4 which a driver can visually recognize from the inside of the vehicle, a reflecting mirror 12 for visually recognizing the rear direction which is provided on the way of a path R1 extending from the concave lens 3 to the convex lens 4, a concave lens 5 through which light from the down direction and the rear direction at the outside of the vehicle passes, a convex lens 6 which a driver can visually recognize from the inside of the vehicle, and reflecting mirrors 13, 14 for visually recognizing the down direction which is provided on the way of a path R2 extending from the concave lens 5 to the convex lens 6. The reflecting mirror 12 for visually recognizing the rear direction and the reflecting mirrors 13, 14 for visually recognizing the down direction are arranged in one housing space S without separating the path R1 and the path R2, and thereby reducing an occupancy space in the vehicle.
