Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit a tapping screw portion screwed into a mounting hole of a housing from rotating in a loosening direction in an on-vehicle part with a base end portion of a stud bolt buriedly fixed to the housing.SOLUTION: With respect to a tapping screw portion 34a formed on a base end part 34 of a stud bolt 30, a flange portion 36 is formed at a position adjacent to a tip part 32 side of the stud bolt, and in addition, a plurality of projections 36b are formed on the surface 36a on the base end part 34 side of the flange portion. With this, with respect to an on-vehicle part 10 in a state of being installed to a vehicle body panel 100, when loosening a nut 102 fastened to a screw portion 32a of the stud bolt 30, even if a large torque acts on the stud bolt 30, the respective projections 36b bite into the tip surface 12a2 of a boss portion 12a of a housing 12 to restrain the tapping screw portion 34a screwed into mounting hole 12a1 from rotating in a loosening direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
