To house a holder main body in a case when a portable telephone is not used by providing a housed state where the portable telephone is housed in the case and a used state where the portable telephone is projected from an opening part and providing a holder main body holding the portable telephone in its used state.

A holder main body 40 in a housed state is extracted to this side from a case 30 to be used. When the body 40 is extracted to this side, the body 40 is prevented from being further extracted by making its stopper 43 abut on the end face of the notch part 32 of the case 30. Next, a portable telephone 20 is inserted into the through hole 41 of the body 40. The telephone 20 is made to pass through the communicative hole 51 of a supporter 50 to be placed on a tray 70. When the telephone 20 is placed on the upper face of the tray 70, a 1st arm 60 is turned down with a pivot for the holder main body as a support by its weight to lower the tray 70. Thus, the body 40 can be housed in the case 30 when the portable telephone is not used.
