The vehicle-posture control device controls the limitation quantity of a driving transmission force in driving force distribution control depending on whether a braking force by the ESC is applied, to front wheels FR and FL, or rear wheels RR and RL, when the braking force is applied to the wheels. That is, the limitation quantity of a driving transmission force varies depending on whether a braking force is applied to the front wheels FR and FR or the rear wheels RR and RL by the ESC even if the same oversteering state or understeering state exists. By this, a vehicle can be stabilized in accordance with a method to apply a braking force by the ESC.
