Abstract:
To prevent weight increase or inhibit occurence of a dead space when an electric current of electric power to be distributed to loads of a vehicle is changed depending on the number of loads or content differences due to specifications of vehicles.SOLUTION: An electric power distribution system includes: a power supply cable 4 connected to a battery 2 of a diesel vehicle via a box 3 directly attached to the battery; a box 6 exclusive to the diesel vehicle configured to distribute electric power to electrical components (loads) exclusive to the diesel vehicle; and an intermediate terminal 10 having a flat plate portion 10a which clamps a core wire 41 of an exposed portion of the power supply cable 4 from which insulation coating is removed, connected to an input terminal of the box 6 exclusive to the diesel vehicle, and having current capacity for the electric power distributed to the loads by the box 6 exclusive to the diesel vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
