Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a drive load of an oil pump by changing a ratio of oil supplied to an input shaft and an output shaft.SOLUTION: When an input shaft 12 connected to an engine E is rotated, an eccentric disk 19 of each variable speed unit 14 is eccentrically rotated. When a connecting rod 33 with one end thereof connected to the eccentric disk 19 is reciprocated, an output shaft 13 is rotated through a one-way clutch 36 to which the other end of the connecting rod 33 is connected. When eccentricity of the eccentric disk 19 is changed, a transmission gear ratio is changed along with a change in a stroke of reciprocal motion of the connecting rod 33. A flow rate regulation mechanism 54 which is installed on an output shaft side oil passage 53 supplying oil discharged from an oil pump 51 to a side of the output shaft 13 regulates a flow rate of the oil in a manner that reduces the flow rate of the oil as the eccentricity of the eccentric disk 19 gets smaller (as the transmission gear ratio gets larger), thereby minimizing a load of the oil pump 51 with the flow rate of the oil supplied to the output shaft side oil passage 53 reduced in accordance with a reduction in a rotation speed of the output shaft 13.
