Abstract:
To provide a power train arrangement structure of a vehicle making exhaust pipe arrangement shortest to improve exhaust efficiency and shortening the longitudinal space of an engine room.
A dash panel 3 is provided for partitioning a cabin 2 from the engine room 1, and a power train 20 for driving wheels is provided in a recess of the dash panel 3. The power train 20 comprises a longitudinally installed engine 21 and a transmission 22 connected to the rear side of the engine. The front side of the engine 21 includes a catalyst 32 connected to an exhaust pipe 31, and the catalyst 32 is disposed in a vertical direction.
