To improve rear seat seating environment including space, a sense of openeness and a refleshing feeling in a motor truck by forming a rear seat in a cabin as a reclining seat provided with a reclinable seat back, and making a partition wall movable backward in a vehicle.
Since a partition wall 10 and a seat back 11 are integral, reclining mechanism 12 comprising a gear, a spring and a ratchet of a wellknown reclining seat is used, and the partition wall 10 serving as the seat back is rotated counterclockwise only when a seat 9 is pushed in the direction of an arrow mark (s) into a foremost position and a protrusion energized by a spring is fitted and fixed into a fixing hole. The partition wall 10 serving as the seat back is made tiltable along a shaft extended in the cross direction of a vehicle from a level close to the floor face of a deck to gain its space, and the rear seat itself is further made movable together with the seat back 11 or independently backward in the lengthwise direction of the vehicle by a required stroke along a pair of slide rails and fixable thereto.
