PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair/maintenance estimate system which can calculate more appropriate repair expense in accordance with repair state and maintenance contents.
SOLUTION: A storage device 28 stores facility information required for respective works and charge information on respective facilities. When a keyboard 12 inputs a specified work as an estimate element, a control part 27 reads the facility corresponding to the pertinent work from the storage device 28, reads the charge of the pertinent facility from the storage device 28, adds the charge to the estimate factor and estimates repair expense.
