Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the reversal of a vehicle at smaller equipment costs. SOLUTION: A vehicle reverser 7 comprises a bottom support arm 41 for supporting the bottom of an automobile 9 to be scrapped horizontally and a side support arm 47 fixed to the bottom support arm 41 roughly at an angle of 90 degrees thereto, and these are turned together about a horizontal shaft 39 until the automobile 9 is rolled sideways. A reversal auxiliary arm 5 adapted to be set on the forks 3 of a forklift involves a movable rail 13 adapted to telescope by means of rollers 29 with respect to a guide rail 27 of a fork insertion part 15 side where the forks 3 are inserted and fixed, and the movable rail 13 is provided at its tip with a hook 33 for connection to a wire 43 provided at the tip of the bottom support arm 41 of the reverser 7.
