Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat pad for a vehicle by connecting in a mechanical structure a surface layer pad of a polyurethane foam molding laminated on a core pad of a bead foam molding so as not to deviate without increasing a workload or making a molding cycle long, and integrating both of them, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A seat pad for a vehicle, laminated by covering a core pad 1 of a bead foam molding formed in a block shape with a front layer pad 5 of a polyurethane foam molding includes: a plurality of recesses 2 which are provided on a surface 1a of the core pad 1 in contact with the front layer pad 5 and are integrally formed by forming a part of the molding related to the core pad 1; and polyurethane foam molding parts 52 which form a part of the front layer pad 5, and in which an inner surface 5b side of the front layer pad 5 projects in a convex shape in a portion of the recess 2 to fill the recess 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
