In the vehicle seat 10, when the passenger is pressed against a seat back 12 by an inertial force at the time of a rear collision, the lower back of the passenger is supported on the lower side and the front side of right and left side frames 26 via the lower side of a board body part 40 including a lower resin spring part, and a chest part P2 is supported on the upper side and the rear side of the right and left side frames 26 via the upper side of the board body part 40 including the upper resin spring part 45. When a load F2 input from the chest part P2 pf the passenger on the upper side of the board body part 40 becomes a load F2 or more, a breaking-planned part 68 provided in right and left upper part 52 to be supported is broken. Accordingly, the chest part P2 of the passenger does not receive a reaction force from the upper side of the board body part 40 to the seat front side, thereby reducing acceleration to be generated in the first dorsal vertebrae of the passenger.
