The seat frame 21 is formed of a pipe frame. The facing material 25 is formed of a three-dimensionally structured texture fabric consisting of a surface base cloth 26 and back base cloth 27 of surface and back textile fabrics and an elastic intermediate layer 28. Slit parts 33 extending along both the side parts are formed on the side parts of the seating part of the facing material 25. An over-lock part 37 and a decorative part are formed in the silts 33. A cover 35 more stretchable than the facing material 25 is mounted on the slits 33 of the seating part of the facing material 25.
