Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat capable of suppressing relative deformation among an upper frame, a cross-member and a headrest guide, when an impact is applied to a seat back frame in a rear-end collision of a vehicle or the like.SOLUTION: In a vehicle seat, a seat back frame S5 comprises: right and left side frames 81 disposed at both lateral sides of the seat; an upper frame 82 formed in a mountain-like shape, both ends of which are connected to the upper end sides of the right and left side frames 81; a headrest guide 82a fixed to the upper frame 82, for guiding a headrest pillar; a cross-member 83 connecting both upper end sides of right and left side frames 81 or both end sides of the upper frame 82; and bracket 84 for connecting the upper frame 82, the cross-member 83 and the headrest guide 82a. The bracket 84 is attached with an inflator 86 for expanding an air bag.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
