Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat which makes getting on/off a seat main body which has moved to the outside of a cabin of a vehicle hardly restricted by a surrounding environment of the vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle seat 10 comprises a seat moving mechanism 11 which is capable of moving a seat main body 14 on which a passenger of a vehicle 20 sits from the inside of a cabin of the vehicle 20 to the outside of the cabin via a doorway 22 and holding the seat main body 14 in a side of the vehicle. The seat moving mechanism 11 is provided with a rotation mechanism 13 which supports the seat main body 14 in a horizontally rotatable manner so that the seat main body 14 can be oriented toward either the vehicle front direction or the vehicle rear direction while holding the seat main body 14 in the side of the vehicle 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
