Abstract:
To provide a vehicle seat which can suppress collapse of a fiber structure of a shell using fiber-reinforced plastic.SOLUTION: A vehicle seat includes at least one shell for supporting a seated person. At least the one shell is structured of a plate-like core material, a first surface layer which is structured of fiber-reinforced plastic and is arranged on a first surface of the core material, and a second surface layer which is structured of fiber-reinforced plastic and is arranged on a second surface opposite to the first surface of the core material. The core material includes a first core having a through hole passing from the second surface to the first surface, and a second core arranged in the through hole. The second core includes a pressure receiving surface opposite to an opening of the through hole on the second surface, and a side surface arranged and separated from an inner circumferential surface of the through hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
