Abstract:
To provide a vehicle seat which can properly control behaviour of a pelvis (a lumbar part) of a seating person to inhibit a compression load from occurring in a spine of the seating person during an impact, such as a collision, occurs.SOLUTION: A vehicle seat S includes a seat cushion S1. The seat cushion S1 has: a seat cushion frame 10; and a cushion pad 1b placed on the seat cushion frame 10. The seat cushion frame 10 includes: a first sinking inhibition member 15 which inhibits sinking of a seating person; and a second sinking inhibition member 16 provided behind the first sinking inhibition member 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
