The pad 13 is provided with a ventilation layer 23 where air is circulated and a pad cover 26 for covering the surface of the pad which faces a sitting person, and the small ventilator 29 for blowing air to the ventilation layer 23 are arranged in an air supply passage which is opened to the pad side being opposite to the side of the pad cover 26 and also which reaches the ventilation 23. Then, the openings of the air supply passage and air discharge passages 17, 20, 21 and 31 at the lower side or the rear side of the pad 13 are disposed so as to mutually separate an air supply stream and air discharge streams.
